Terms and Conditions

Deposit refund

- 90% refundable if we did not buy you a car. You can ask for a refund if you have changed your mind or for whatever other reason.

- We will keep $100 for the service provided to you like bids, auction list translations, etc..

$900 will be refunded to you at ones.

- We refund to the same credit card account you have paid from or to your account number.

After we have bought you the car

- After we have bought your car, we'll deduct $1000 from our invoice. So you pay $1000 less for the remaining costs to import.

- For example if we bought the car for $10,000, you pay $9000 only, because already paid $1000.

When it's not refundable:

- If we have bought you a car and you decided to cancel the deal. It's unlikely, because why would you want to cancel after you've just bought a car.

- But anything can happen and if you want to cancel the deal, we have to sell a car in Japan - through the auction system. To sell a car at the Japanese Auctions costs from 80,000 to 200,000 yen, it's over $1000 in some cases. We will use your deposit to cover the cost to resell the car.

Again, deposit not refundable only if you dont want to proceed after we have bought you the car.

In all other caeses $900 is refundable, and after we have bought the car, you pay $1000 less for the car.

Our Discount and Referral Program

For every next car you import with us, we provide an accumulative $100 discount.

2nd car - $900 commission

3rd car - $800 commission

4th car - $700 commission

5th car and all other cars are $600 commission only

So if you imported 5 cars with us - savings are $1000

You can use this discount system for importing cars for your friends or relatives, discount still applies.

Or we can do a referral approach, for every customer endorsed by you and they imported - we will deposit cash directly to your account.

1st endorsement - $100 deposit to you

2nd endorsement - $200 deposit to you

3rd endorsement - $300 deposit to you

4th and all other endorsements $400 deposit to you.

In other words if some of your friends imported 4 cars - you will get $1000 in total.

If 10 friends imported - you get $3400!

They will save on import, you have a referral remuneration, and we made a sale. Everyone enjoys mutual benefit.

Very easy to apply - just keep importing cars to qualify for discount.

And ask your referral to mention your name and email so we can make a deposit to you. We will pay you within 3 days after your referral made a first payment.

You’ll receive a deposit received confirmation. The deposit is refundable or can be applied toward the vehicle once it’s secured at auction.

You can make the $1,000 deposit via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay supported for convenience, you can approve the deposit without entering card details.

You can request a refund at any time.

We refund $900 and keep $100 to cover work already done such as auction list translations, advice and bidding support.

Refunds are processed to your account number. Just send us your account details and we will process the refund for you.

Your auction access will be closed after the refund.

If you want to import again later just make a $900 deposit and we’ll top it up with the $100 and you can continue bidding.

Once we purchase a car for you

Your deposit is applied to your invoice as part payment.

Example, if your total is $28,000 and you’ve paid a $1,000 deposit you’ll pay $27,000 remaining.

When a refund isn’t available.

If we’ve confirmed your bid and bought the car from the auction and you decide to cancel the purchase, then the deposit becomes non refundable.

This is because we would need to resell the vehicle in Japan and auction resale costs are typically around 80,000 to 300,000 yen which is often more than $1,000.

In that situation your deposit is used to cover those resale costs.

In short.

Once we secure the car for you, the deposit becomes part of your payment and is only non refundable if you cancel after purchase.

The deposit is refundable before we secure a car for you, less $100 for work completed.

5th car and every car after that, $500 off

If you import 5 cars with us your total savings will be $1,100.

Your discount keeps building even if your friends or family import with us after being referred by you.

Referral cash back option

If you prefer cash back instead of discounts, we can pay a referral bonus directly to your bank account when someone you refer successfully imports.

1st referral, $100 paid to you

2nd referral, $200 paid to you

3rd and every referral after that, $300 paid to you

How it works

Discounts apply automatically when you keep importing with us.

For referral payments, ask your friend to mention your name after their car is purchased and we’ll credit you.
